In a large pan on medium to medium high heat, add the avocado oil (or butter) and brown the ground beef and onion. Add the taco seasoning packet according to directions on the packet. Simmer the meat with taco seasonings until meat is completely cooked through.
In a medium pot combine the black beans, fire roasted tomatoes, peppers, and 1/4 cup of salsa. Heat on low to medium low, stirring occasionally until heated through.
Place broccoli slaw (or lettuce) in the bottom of your bowls. Top with meat, black bean mixture, guacamole, salsa, cilantro and a squeeze of fresh lime. Add any other toppings you desire!
Instead of doing taco bowls, you could of course use tortillas and make tacos!
