Imagine a weekend away where you don’t have to plan the meals, take care of everyone else, or decide what needs to happen next.
You just get to arrive.
To slow down. Laugh. Connect. Get dressed up. Put on your comfiest pajamas. Sit by the fire. Float in the pool. Paddle around the pond. Journal. Move your body. Eat beautiful food. Stay up talking—or happily head to bed early.
The Gathering is an intimate weekend created for women in midlife who are ready for a little more space for themselves.
Part restorative retreat, part elevated girls’ weekend, part adult slumber party.
A weekend where wellness, style, beauty, meaningful connection, play, and deep rest all belong.
There will be restorative practices.
There will also be mocktails, music, getting ready together, and a dinner where you’re encouraged to wear whatever makes you feel absolutely amazing.
There will be women’s circles, journaling, and quiet moments outside.
There will also be laughter, pool time, hot tub time, paddleboarding, kayaking, and plenty of space to simply hang out.
There will be conversations around wellness, style, self-expression, and feeling good in this season of life.
And there will be time when absolutely nothing is expected of you.
Because we believe feeling well isn’t only about slowing down.
Sometimes it’s about laughing until your stomach hurts.
Wearing the outfit you’ve been saving.
Connecting with women who get it.
Trying something new.
Feeling beautiful.
Sleeping deeply.
Being playful.
And remembering that this chapter of life can hold a whole lot of joy.
From Friday afternoon through Sunday morning, we’ll move between moments of connection, restoration, self-expression, fun, and spaciousness.
You might start the morning sipping coffee by the water before gathering for a women’s circle and guided journaling.
Take a reflective walk around the pond.
Explore how you want to feel in your clothes through dopamine dressing and a playful midlife style reset.
Learn simple ways to support your nervous system and well-being in midlife.
Then spend the afternoon however you want—floating in the pool, soaking in the hot tub, paddleboarding or kayaking on the pond, journaling somewhere quiet, or simply hanging out with the other women.
Later?
Turn on the music, pour a mocktail, pull out your makeup bags and hair tools, and get ready together for dinner.
And that night, trade the cute outfit for your comfiest clothes and settle in for a deeply relaxing practice…
…and have the grown-up slumber party we didn’t know we needed.
We’re making one dinner a little extra special.
Before the retreat, we’ll ask you to pack one outfit that makes you feel incredible.
Not the outfit you think you should wear.
Not necessarily something fancy.
The outfit that makes you stand a little taller when you put it on.
Maybe it’s a dress you’ve been waiting for an occasion to wear.
Maybe it’s your favorite jeans and a great top.
Maybe it’s colorful, sparkly, feminine, edgy, sexy, effortless—or completely unexpected.
Before dinner, we’ll have an optional getting-ready-together hour with music, mocktails, beauty products, hair tools, accessories, and plenty of fun.
Because sometimes self-care looks like meditation.
And sometimes it looks like a great outfit, your favorite lipstick, music playing, and getting ready with the girls.

As fun as we want this weekend to be, we also know how deeply women in midlife need space to simply exhale.
Throughout the weekend, we’ll intentionally create opportunities to slow your nervous system, turn inward, and rest.
You’ll experience practices such as:
– Somatic movement and nervous-system support
– Women’s Circle and guided reflection
– Journaling
– Time in nature
– A reflective walk around the property and pond
– Quiet moments by the water
– Spacious, completely unscheduled time
No pressure to maximize every minute.
No expectation that you participate in absolutely everything.
This weekend is yours.
Our private property was chosen because there’s so much to enjoy without ever needing to leave.
Pool. Hot tub. Pond. Paddleboards. Kayaks. Fire pit. Movie nights. Mocktails. Music.
Curl up somewhere with your journal.
Grab a paddleboard and head onto the pond.
Spend an afternoon floating in the pool.
Sit in the hot tub with new friends.
Put on your pajamas and watch a movie.
Or find a quiet corner and do absolutely nothing.
You get to choose what sounds good to you.
We’re sisters, co-founders of Daily Glow, and women navigating midlife right alongside you.
Our work approaches this season from two different—but beautifully complementary—directions.
Nicole brings her background in women’s wellness, nutrition, Yoga Nidra, restorative practices, nervous-system support, and women’s Circle facilitation.
Alicia brings style, beauty, self-expression, and the belief that what we wear can be another way of reconnecting with how we want to feel.
Together, we wanted to create the kind of weekend we would want to go on ourselves.
Not overly serious.
Not overly scheduled.
Not focused on fixing yourself.
Just a beautiful weekend where women can take care of themselves, have meaningful experiences, laugh, play, rest, and enjoy being together.
Maybe you’ve been craving time away—but don’t want another trip you have to plan.
Maybe you love a good girls’ weekend, but you’re craving one that blends all that fun and connection with space to slow down, recharge, and take care of yourself, too.
Maybe you want the relaxation of a wellness retreat without spending an entire weekend being quiet and introspective.
Maybe you’re craving deeper connection with other women in this season of life.
Or maybe the idea of spending a June weekend in a beautiful home with great food, a pool, hot tub, pond, paddleboards, pajamas, relaxation practices, meaningful connection, cute outfits, mocktails, and a group of incredible women just sounds really, really good.
Us too.
